When Siham, the founder of Three Sisters, came to us with her vision, it was clear from the start: this wasn’t going to be just another salad bar. She dreamt of a place in the heart of Mayfair where food could be beautiful, functional, and deeply connected to wellbeing — a space where nourishment goes beyond kale and quinoa, and every recipe carries purpose.

At Between the Lines, we love projects that challenge conventions, and Three Sisters was exactly that. From the early stages in mid-2024, we worked hand in hand with Siham to shape a brand that’s as soulful as it is strategic.

The heart of the identity became the symbol of three eyes, each representing one of the sisters and their personalities:

  • The Closed Eye – calm, meditative, rooted in wellness and inner balance.
  • The Open Eye – the sharp one, the foodie, organised and attentive to every detail.
  • The Half-Closed Eye – the creative free spirit, playful and imaginative.

Together, the eyes express a philosophy: nourishment is not just physical, it’s emotional and spiritual too.

To complete the story, we shaped a colour palette grounded in nature:

  • Terracotta for warmth, earth, and the feeling of freshly potted gardens.
  • Soft Blue for calm, intelligence, and trust.
  • Green as an accent, signalling freshness and vitality, used in photography, bowls, and in-store touches.

This combination made the identity sophisticated yet approachable, natural yet urban, perfectly aligned with the Mayfair neighbourhood.

For Three Sisters, packaging had to be more than functional — it had to tell the story of the brand. From salad bowls designed to echo terracotta garden pots to clean, modern labels for healthy bites, every detail was a reflection of honesty, sustainability, and aesthetic clarity.

Unlike other salad concepts in London, Three Sisters doesn’t let wellness be an afterthought. Instead of calorie counting, the focus is on micronutrients, adaptogens, superfoods, and gut health. Instead of endless modifications, the menu is curated and intentional, each bowl designed as a remedy for how you want to feel.

Together with Siham, we positioned the brand as London’s answer to the wellness wave — timeless, not trendy. A place where food becomes ritual, and healing starts in the kitchen.

We also crafted a social media identity that feels less like a restaurant feed and more like a wellness studio online. From educational posts on gut health, to behind-the-scenes glimpses in the kitchen, to playful storytelling about the three sisters, the content strategy was built to inspire, educate, and connect.

What started as a vision in 2024 is now about to open its doors in Mayfair. For us at Between the Lines, watching Three Sisters come to life is more than a proud moment — it’s proof of what happens when branding, design, and storytelling align around a clear purpose.

Because at the end of the day, Three Sisters is not just a place to eat.
It’s a studio of culinary healing, seasonal intelligence, and function-first nourishment.
